At Protein Kitchen, we are happy to offer you a return or exchange for all full price products, if the following conditions are met.
- Protein Kitchen is notified via email of the request to return or exchange the product within 30 days of receiving the product.
- You have valid proof of purchase (date of purchase needs to be shown).
- The product has been unopened. Due to regulations worldwide we cannot accept any refunds for open packages – this includes customers who are not happy with the efficacy of our collagen.
- You are able to post the product back to us.
